２ Purpose
「ZENHOREN PRESENTS WORLDWIDE EISA FESTIVAL～FELLOWSHIP 2018～」is held based on conducting business following the basic concepts listed below and aim to broaden EISA and strengthen the network among groups.
【Concept】「Prayers・Emotions・Fellowship with people over the world」
（1） Love of the island, life and the people we care for “Umui (Prayer)” to strengthen our network among the EISA groups all over Japan and around the world.
（2）“Chimudon (emotion)” feeling from the dramatic and spectacular EISA performance.
（3） A new encounter with yourself and a new team “Shinkanucya (Fellowship/Team)”.

Location：Ginowan Municipal Gymnasium
※ There is no rehearsal however, the stage is open for preliminary checks as well as bringing in instruments on the 14th (Fri). The host is not responsible for any accidents, loss or stolen items. Valuable items must be managed by the owner.
※ Each group will perform for the performance. The performance is not a contest.
※ Opinions will be exchanged and lectures will be given during the Conference.
７ Application period:
27 August 2018（Mon）～ 28 September 2018 (Fri)no later than 17：00
※Candidates will be selected in advance based on application documents. Please be sure forms are filled out completely. There is a limit in the number of groups that can participate in the event. Once the opening is filled, we will select groups that can attend the conference as priority candidates. The candidates will be entered into a drawing to select participating groups.

１０ Applicant Requirement
（１）Target Groups
Okinawa and other prefectures、overseas EISA groups or new groups formed for this event.
（２）Group Divisions
① Kids’ ・・・・・・・・・・・・・ Kindergarten age and under
② General（Okinawa main island） ・・・・・・・・・ All ages
③ General（Okinawa remote islands、other prefectures、overseas） ・・ All ages
※No junior division. Participants other than the ages for Kids’ group will be entered
in the General Division.
（３）Participation in Joint Performance（Target: General Division）
Groups in the General Division will participate in the finale as a joint performance.

※Instructors can be called in for local groups. Visual reference may be provided for groups from other prefectures or overseas.
１１ Number of Applicants
Each group must have at least 5 performers. This includes performers other than the dancers.
※Please inform the administrative office if the number of performers will exceed 50 performers.

１３ Souvenirs／Activity Support Funding
(１) Souvenir
・A souvenir (scheduled to be an O-daiko) will be given to all participating groups.
(２) Activity Support Funding
・ This year, groups from Okinawa remote islands、other prefectures、overseas participating in this event will receive a support funding. The amount will be adjusted within the funds.
・ The group must participate in the 「WORLDWIDE EISA FESTIVAL～FELLOWSHIP 2018～」in order to receive support funding.
・Average amount is as listed below:
・Okinawa remote islands・・・Max.100,000 yen／per group×３Groups(Average)
・Other prefectures・・・・・Max.150,000 yen／per group×５groups(Average)
・Overseas・・・・・Max.500,000 yen／per group×３groups(Average)
